Seems tome Hammerkit isn't for html coding. Can I really build applications without html coding?

You can use HTML inside HammerKit, but actually HammerKit introduces a completely new way to build web services using elements and components. This means you do not need to know HTML to build great sites...but it does help. The basic idea is that coders create elements and you use those elements to build sites. HammerKit translates the components to HTML (or another mark-up language) at runtime.
